1. Scope
This policy applies to minerssupplyco.com and to business communications with Miners Supply Co. LLC, including email, phone, and SMS. A third-party website or service linked from our site is governed by its own privacy policy.
2. Information we collect
- Contact and account information: name, organization, title, email address, mailing and shipping addresses, and phone number.
- Quote and order information: requested products or services, purchase details, delivery information, payment and billing details, and customer-support history.
- Communications: the content and timing of emails, calls, support requests, and text messages, together with your messaging preferences and opt-in or opt-out status.
- Website information: IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, pages viewed, and similar usage data collected through cookies, logs, and analytics technologies.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to respond to requests, prepare quotes, process and fulfill orders, coordinate delivery, provide customer support, maintain business records, prevent fraud, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations.
When you send an online quote request, we store the contact details, item descriptions, quantities, deadlines, delivery requirements and notes in our business system, Reyvn. Authorized team members use the request to review your requirements, prepare a quote and follow up with you. A submission reference links your request to that work.
Submitting a quote request does not create an account, place an order or give access to an existing customer account. It does not enroll you in marketing or text messages. File attachments are sent through your email application; this form does not upload files.
We use mobile numbers and SMS consent records only to provide the communications you requested, such as quote follow-up, order and delivery updates, and customer-care conversations.
4. How we disclose information
We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate our business, such as hosting, analytics, communications, payment, shipping, accounting, and IT providers. They may use the information only to perform services for us and must protect it appropriately.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transaction, or at your direction.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any disclosure to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide that data only to vendors that support delivery of our text messaging program, such as telecommunications carriers and messaging platform providers.
5. SMS choices

6. Cookies and analytics
The quote form uses session storage in your browser tab to recover your draft after a refresh or a visit to another page. An ordinary draft expires after 24 hours without an edit and can be cleared in the form. We do not use session-recording tools on this form.
When you submit a request, we save its submission reference and original details in the same tab so an interrupted submission can be retried without creating a duplicate. A pending submission is kept until receipt is confirmed. After confirmation, we remove the local request details and keep the receipt reference in the tab. Choose Start another request to clear that local receipt. Browser settings may prevent this recovery; copy, download and email remain available.
Clearing a local draft or receipt does not delete a request already received by our team. Contact us using the details below for questions about a submitted request.
7. Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including legal, tax, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution needs. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
8. Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to applicable exceptions. You may also withdraw communications consent at any time. We will honor rights available under applicable privacy law.
9. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and government organizations, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
